Meeting Minutes April 15, 2015 7:02pm - Town Hall Office, Princeton, MA

Discussion
- Approve Minutes from 1/7 and 4/15 - Unanimously Approved.
- Discussion on recommendation to select board to disband the BBC. John K. noted that there has been no need for committee meeting in the past three months, and also that committee members may wish to participate in the MLP and MGL / quorum issues might preclude participation if the committee is still active.
- Discussion on the disposition of the Princeton broadband web site. Decision to keep running at least until renewal, redirect traffic to Princeton web site.
- Vote to recommend to the BOS dissolve the current Broadband Committee. 5 approve, 1 abstention (Stan).
- MLP/MBI/Wired West update from Stan.
- Legal negotiations with MDG in progress.
- MBI will issue grant applications to the town, decided they will do direct grants to towns.
- John Fudeman and Stan went to Shutesbury, they want to be first town with a 40% signup commitment to be eligible to get MBI design and funds.
